Professional Mentor Selection

All our mentors are senior experienced practitioners who have proved themselves as project managers and as change agents. Our selection panel for mentors comprises Fellows of either or both of the UK Association for Project Management and the UK Institute of Business Consulting.

YOUR CHOICE OF MENTOR

Early in an assignment we offer clients a choice of mentor.  This is not because matching personality types necessarily leads to better outcomes, but to form a positive basis for trust and commitment.

Commitment

Typically our mentoring horizon is at least six months.  This is to allow for the depth or relationship and for the transfer of knowledge and advice to make a step change impact.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We take great care over confidentiality.  Neither the client’s and the client organisation’s names, nor the substance of discussions, will be divulged other than as agreed with the client.

independence

In our mentoring roles we act independently from any commercial interest in relevant services or products.  Should such an interest appear, we will declare it at the earliest opportunity.
